Is to be a resource for all Alabama property taxpayers, particularly those in
Jefferson County. I will share what I have learned in 2007, 2008 and 2009
as to how valuation is actually done to place the Taxpayer on a more level
playing field with the BOE. I continue to be amazed at how difficult the
JCBOE makes obtaining this information and fights transparency.

As we begin a new property tax year the news is full of government
corruption. The billions of dollars of Alabama property tax can under law
only be controlled by the ADOR and they do not perform oversight or audits.
Many specific problems have been ignored by the ADOR. Why? This website
